Update 2013: Well I have come a long way in figuring out what is the best way of eating for me. I have gone Vegan! - mainly 80/10/10- and have not looked back! I'm loving the Lifestyle and not having to freak out about calories. I have not lost much weight, but I feel better and look less bloated. I can't wait to see what the future holds. :)
Update June 2012: Vitamin D deficient (again) and Hypothyroidism- explains why I have been working my ass of with no results.
Update April 2012: Find out that I am wheat, corn and gluten sensitive among other things.
Been eating paleo but now I will be 100% so that I do not include any corn products.
I am a contradiction in many ways...
I love for things to be neat, color coded and orderly, but have been so disorganized lately.
I love to be girly but love to be a tomboy.
I love to exercise and eat healthy yet I am overweight.
I can be a goody two shoes but a wild party girl too.
There's more but enough for now.
Here to lose weight and for weight loss support.
I eat Paleo for the most part about 80/20, rarely eat pork or other red meats.
Have an ED and trying to live with chronic fatigue, depression and ADD- inattentive. I've got scoliosis to but never wore a brace for it.
But for the most part I am positive and have an open ear for who ever needs to be listened to.
I like looking at thinspo especially if the girls are short like me:)
